  • What experience is needed to participate?
    No experience or fitness level is required to participate in our classes! At The Wellness Vault, we are here to empower everyone and meet you where you are at in YOUR fitness journey. It doesn’t matter if you’re an elite athlete or if you haven’t exercised in years—you will be challenged at an appropriate level for yourself.
  • How do I know which classes are best for me?
    Our goal is to have something for everyone. Most all of our classes will provide injury modifications and modifications for all levels of practice. We encourage every student to notify their instructor should you require a modification, listen to your body, and only perform to your comfort level. Our staff is always available to answer questions about specific classes, and our memberships allow you try every modality so you can discover what you love!
  • How do I book a class?
    Online booking is recommended through our website or the Momence App. You can also walk into any class if space is available. You can check online to see if the class is full and/or put yourself on the waitlist.
  • How can I book for a friend or child?
    Friend: Everyone requires an account through Momence to be able to schedule our classes. Your friend will need to sign-up, create an account, and sign our waivers prior to attending. Follow the link to get started: Momence Child: Children under 18 can be added directly through the parent or guardian account. From your Momence dashboard, simple select "my children" then "add child" and follow the prompts.
  • Where can I park?
    We do not have designated parking, but street parking is available. The parking lot behind CFCU, in front of El Rodeo, is city parking and is open for use anytime. If you want to get in some extra movement, we have racks to lock up your bike!
  • How early can I arrive for class?
    Doors are open 15 minutes prior to class starting. Once class has started late arrivals will not be permitted, this is to ensure class stays running smoothly with no distractions or interruptions for our participants.
  • What should I bring and wear to class?
    Bring water to stay hydrated, a yoga mat if you have one, and a towel. If you don't have any of these things, we have them for you! Mat rentals are $3($2 for members), bath towels are $3($2 for members). Water refills are free and available at our hydration station. Wear breathable, comfortable, clothing that does not restrict your bodies movement. Certain classes will also benefit from grip socks. There are cubbies to store all your layers and shoes. We also provide a limited number of lockers free to our students who may have to bring more valuable property (your own lock is required).
  • What is your cancellation/refund policy?
    Please know these policies are set in place to ensure that all members have a positive experience and to deter consistent no shows and late cancellations. We value our students and instructors, we need to protect their time, investment and our space. Class No-Shows/Cancelations: - You must cancel your classes 8 hours prior to your scheduled session. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the session credit (for memberships with a set amount of class credits per month) or a fee (for unlimited memberships) will be applied to your account. The fee will be charged to your card within 24 hours of the late cancel / no-show. Unlimited Memberships: No-shows/Late Cancels will be charged a $10.00 no-show fee for every missed class, please take the time to cancel your class if you know you are unable to attend. This allows students on the waitlist the opportunity to book into a class. Class Packs/Limited Number of Classes per Month: If you cancel a class with less than 8 hours' notice or fail to turn up you will forfeit one class from your pack. The late cancellation and no-show fees apply to all memberships including the "intro offer". Late arrivals will not be allowed to attend class to ensure a peaceful session for those on time. Cancellations earlier than the required cancellation time will receive a credit towards a future class based on membership level, availability and similar cost. Private classes need to be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. One off purchases such as the class pass packs are non-refundable, non-transferable and must be used within the expiry date provided when you make the initial purchase. Membership Freezes: We allow ONE free membership freeze up to 30 days. Freezes of less than 30 days still count towards the ONE allotted membership hold. Every requested subsequent freeze (regardless of length) will incur a $25 freeze fee. Maximum allotted freeze per $25 is 30 days, requested periods of holds over 30 days will incur additional freeze fees. Membership Delinquent Payment: If a monthly auto-renewal is declined for whatever reason we will require a $10 re-activation fee in conjunction with the back payment of your membership cost before being re-instated. Membership Cancelations: Month to month memberships can be cancelled in written request to: wellnessvaultwa@gmail.com You are committed to your membership for the duration stated in the membership title. You can cancel your membership at any time with a buyout of ½ of the remaining membership value, not to exceed $250. You must provide one calendar months' notice prior to your next payment date for cancellations of memberships. Membership fees must be paid irrespective of whether or not the member has used the facilities. Upon purchase you are charged for your first month's subscription, every month for the duration of your membership your purchase will auto-renew. Accountability is extremely important for your personal success of this membership, that is why we require 3 and 12 month commitments to all of our memberships. Upon purchase of a class pack you are charged a one time, non-refundable, rate. Your class pack will activate upon the first class you attend and expire 60 days after activation for 5 class packs and 90 days after activation for 10 class packs. Workshops, programs, events and similar must be cancelled a minimum of 14 days prior to their first start date to receive a full refund, no refunds can be given after. Waiting Lists When a space becomes available in class, the first studio user on the waiting list will be added to the class and the booking system will email the studio user a notification. Studio users must opt-in to receive these notifications when registering on the website. The studio user will need to confirm they wish to attend by replying to the notification email to guarantee their space. If a confirmation is not received prior to the start of class the studio cannot guarantee the availability of the space. Once the space has been confirmed, our booking terms apply. ​ Class Changes, Substitutions & Change of Teacher Classes may be cancelled by management, teachers may be substituted or removed, class times may be altered or the days on which they operate may change. No refunds are given because of timetable changes. ​ Retail Refunds Returned merchandise in new condition, excluding used or opened products/packaging, will be fully refunded if returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. ​ Class Pass Expiration Class Passes cannot be extended beyond their expiration date. If there is credit remaining on a Class Pass and it expires, the credit will no longer be valid.
  • Can I take a class if I'm pregnant?
    A lot of our classes are low impact or allow for modifications when needed. However, we always encourage our pregnant clients to consult with their physician before taking part of any fitness class.
  • How old do I have to be?
    We want our classes to be accessible to everyone. Students 12-17 will be allowed to participate with a parent/guardian present if they believe their children have reached a level of maturity that would allow them to practice along side adults. For our really young yogis, we strive to offer at least one class a week where we provide a child class to coincide with an adult class. Children are not permitted to wait in the lounge or store of the studio. Toddler Ballet classes are geared towards students aging 2 + years of age. Youth yoga is available for yogis 5 - 12.
  • Can I rent the studio space for my own use?
    Absolutely! We love to party and offer a variety of package options for your special occasion! For rental without a party package the space rental is $100 for the first hour and $50 for each additional hour. Give us a call or stop by and let us help you plan your next event.
  • Do you have showers or changing rooms?
    Our facility does not have showers, we do however, have a changing room and bathroom to allow students privacy should they need to change before or after class.
  • Do you offer hot yoga?
    Not at this time. But, STAY TUNDED! This is a service coming to The Wellness Vault in the future!
  • How do I give and redeem a friend pass?
    If you purchased one of our Grand Opening Memberships, you can come into the studio to pick up your unique friend passes and gift them to whoever you would like to attend class with! Once your friend is gifted their code, they can sign up for their own Momence account (Momence), select the class they would like to attend, continue to the checkout process and enter the code provided in the discount code section. Attending class with friends is always more fun, but it's not required. If a friend needs to join a class separately from you, they are more than welcome!
  • Do you offer Family Memberships?
    We currently offer a teen membership option! If a parent has a membership, the teen can purchase the same auto-renewal membership at 40% off. We currently do not offer spouse discounts, and kids can purchase a kids class membership to attend the exclusive kids classes!
