Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage
Our Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage uses firm pressure and slow strokes to massage deep layers of muscle and fascia. Deep tissue massage can help to alleviate chronic pain, reduce stress, and improve posture. It is also used to break up scar tissue, reduce inflammation, and improve circulation. By increasing blood flow and oxygen to the affected area, deep tissue massage helps to reduce tension and pain.

Cupping Massage
A customized massage session that includes cupping. Cupping therapy has been practiced for thousands of years, across many countries, and is still used today. The therapist applies the cup(s) to the designated area and suctions the skin and underlying tissue into the cup, which can be moved around or held in place. Cupping helps reduce inflammation, break up adhesions and scar tissue, and helps relieve pain.

Prenatal Massage: Rest & Restore
Our Signature Relaxation Massage with special care taken for the expectant mother to ease the aches and pains of pregnancy. Proper care is taken to make your body comfortable with the positioning of pillows and bolsters. Pre-natal massage is generally safe. However, every pregnancy is unique. Hot Stone Therapy Massage

During a Hot Stone Therapy massage, smooth stones are heated and placed directly on the body. Aches and pains are soothed as muscles and joints receive direct, transferred heat from the warm stones. As the muscles warm up, they can be more easily manipulated and massaged by the Massage Therapist.

Indulge in an additional 15 minutes of bliss with our warm
oil scalp massage. This treatment begins with warm oil being carefully applied to your scalp, followed by a deeply relaxing head massage, ending with a warm towel head wrap that allows the oil to soak into your scalp while your therapist continues with the rest of your full body massage.

-Treatments provided at The Wellness Vault are not billed through insurance, although, we do accept HSA credit cards. I agree to pay the full fee of service at checkout.
-Should you need to cancel with less than 24 hours' notice please contact The Wellness Vault or your therapist directly. Should you no-show or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice you will be subject to 100% payment of your scheduled service fee. Upon cancellation, staff will reach out to coordinate rebooking and/or collection of any fees.
-New Massage Clients: In order to secure a massage appointment, all new clients will be required to pre-pay for their service at the time of booking via a payment link, or by adding a secured card to be held on file. Should you no-show or late cancel your appointment you will forfeit your prepayment or be charged 100% of the service fee.
-Appointments' are set to start exactly at your requested time of booking. It is advisable to arrive 10 minutes early to ensure proper intake and start time of your service. Overly late appointments will be serviced at the therapist's discretion and will still conclude at the regularly scheduled time.
We understand that booking a massage right after your workout at the studio sounds like a relaxing way to end your routine; however, the commitment to a safe and sanitary work environment for our therapists is of the utmost importance. Because we are a showerless facility, we ask that you please refrain from scheduling a massage directly after one of our group/private fitness classes. Massage involves skin-to-skin contact; proper hygiene and cleanliness are required for both the therapist and clients. This is deemed necessary as a courtesy to our massage therapists and to maintain strict sanitary standards.
Our therapists reserve the right to refuse service based on, but not limited to:
-An overly late arrival to an appointment
-Unsatisfactory client hygiene
-Perceived intoxication of alcohol or other substances
-Open wounds or sores
-Any health-related issue deemed unsafe to receive service
