About The Wellness Vault

Our Why...

Put simply; we hope all who enter our doors find a safe sense of community, belonging, and acceptance while focusing on their individual goal of wellness. At The Wellness Vault, we celebrate and focus on four main pillars of health and well-being. To accomplish this, we provide various fitness modalities and classes, massage therapy, a collective space for healing professionals, wellness workshops, and private events/parties! Our Studio is home to all levels of practitioners, recognizing that each individual has a unique path to follow.

Our definition of The Four Pillars of Health and Well-being:
Physical Wellness: We consider physical wellness to be the recognition of what our bodies need for health, healing, and energy.

A little thank you to our bodies: Because of you, I can feel my emotions fully, chase after my dreams, adventure outdoors, enjoy great food, and create new life. I love you. I will care for you because you provide so much for me, even on the days I don't see it. I eat, drink, and exercise in a manner that celebrates and doesn't shame. I will rest, clean, and care. I will listen to my body's cues and use them as messages about how to best care for myself.

Social Wellness: As human beings, it is in our genes to connect to others. Love and belonging are the 3rd level in Maslow's hierarchy of needs. We have the ability to thrive when the right people surround us. From birth, we use our relationships to co-regulate and receive support during difficult times. Our friends can be there to help us see the bright side or sit in the darkness when it is too hard to see the light. The essence of knowing we are not alone is healing itself. Come together and create your community!

Spiritual Wellness: What makes your soul sing? What helps you connect more with both yourself and your power source? What enables you to feel fulfilled and follow your personal morals and values? When we think of spirituality, it is about guiding, protecting, and caring for the soul. Take the time to open up and connect with yourself and your power source. Take time to check in with yourself: honor your soul by reading good books, meditating,  practicing yoga and other fitness modalities, participate in your religion, connect with nature, and reflect on what feeds your soul!

Emotional Wellness: Your mental health ALWAYS matters. Emotional wellness is met when we acknowledge, honor, and express our emotions. Our emotions are a powerful tool hardwired to guide us in life. The more we are in tune with our emotions, the more we will recognize if we are falling into old habits and thought patterns or navigating life intuitively.
